Cosy base for discovering Paris. New-fashioned and completely renovated rooms with central heating, flat-screen TV, and a writing table.- Electric blankets, great bed.- Lovely central location, so close to the metro station Père Lachaise and the next metro stop.- Not far from Tombe de Jim Morrison.Renovated with a modern touch, the hotel offers comfortable rooms equipped with central heating, flat-screen TVs, and writing tables. Guests can cozy up with electric blankets in a great bed. The central location makes accessing the Père Lachaise metro station and other attractions convenient, including the famous Tombe de Jim Morrison.

The hotel served as a convenient base in a great area, located by 2 metro stations and several buses. I had a good night's sleep in the suite, which matched the pictures accurately.- The room was equipped with central heating, a flat-screen TV, and a writing table.- The location is incredible, within walking distance to all the places we needed to go.

Let me tell you a little bit about our stay at this hotel! We were here from March 23 to 26 with a group of students (10 people). We had a tourist trip, so we wanted to see as much as possible. location is convenient: one subway station in 5 minutes walk, second in 10 minutes. You can get to the center without interruptions in 30 minutes, with one (depending on where exactly). staff is very polite, we asked many questions - they answered everything, tried to help. room is very cozy, clean venue, everything is like in the photo! In the bathroom there were some accessories, towels, hair dryer, glasses. I expected the worst, only thing that the room is small (but this is a feature of all hotels of this level in Paris). It was cleaned every day! It was surprising too, because I read absolutely different reviews. The breakfasts were delicious. croissants and baguettes were great! In general. despite the drawbacks, I definitely recommend this hotel,
Since we stopped by for 4 nights, 3 morning breakfast of croissants, baguettes and buns is already tired, I would like more variety! Coffee could also be tastier) . No elevator. We lived on the 5th floor (our 6th floor) and it was hard to climb every time (even for young people), but since we left in the morning for the whole day and came back in the evening - it was not so tense. We can be patient. But if you travel with the kids, it can be difficult. Hearing. You can hear who does what in the next room and who talks about what! There's a problem with soundproofing.

The location is excellent, the Bastille Square is about 15 minutes away (from the Bastille you can walk to Notre Dame (about 30 minutes), from there to the Louvre about 15 minutes, then to the Champs Elysees and to the Eiffel Tower, there is also a metro nearby. The room is small as on the photo (for two people it's basically okay), but there were cozy windows to the floor (like a mini balcony).Breakfast is purely French - croissant, loaf, chocolate bun and confit bun served butter and jam + coffee with milk or chocolate to choose from, orange juice.
First of all, hearing ... if you have a sensitive sleep and we wake up from any noise - then the hotel is definitely not for you, but if you're lucky with the neighbors, then you're GOING! At night and on the street is loud (because there are bars nearby).secondly, the absence of elevator (it is typical for Paris, but also minus) 5 floors still, ask on the lower floor, if you have difficulty to walk. thirdly, the absence of a mirror in the room (only in the bathroom).Fourthly, there was no TV remote control. Fifthly, there was no sockets (there was only one in the room). Our friend lived in a room for one - and if you are not sure about his slenderness, it is better not to take such a room, because in the bathroom could hardly fit:).

Clean hotel with friendly staff, located in a vibrant neighborhood close to trendy restaurants and metro stations. Daily room maintenance, crisp sheets, and well-maintained bathroom. Privacy ensured with attentive staff. Conveniently walking distance to famous landmarks Bastille Opera and Notre Dame.

24-hour reception! This is very important as 90% of all seats in Paris that we looked at did not check in after 10pm. The hotel is located in the historic city centre just a few minutes walk from the Per Lachaise metro station. Most of the sights are no more than 5 minds, which in the context of the big city means "very close" - we walked everywhere. The bedrooms are comfortable, the bathroom is clean, there is always hot water and excellent pressure in the shower, good view from the window.
Despite the fact that the room was cleaned every day, for its week (!) Linen was not changed once, as well as sweeping poor quality or not every day. Above the third floor there are no thermal heads on radiators to regulate the temperature in the room: the first night froze, then turned to the counter and we turned on the heating to the maximum with a wrench. There was no possibility to regulate it and it was very hot on the other days. The stairs in the hotel are very steep, climbing up to the top with suitcases can be difficult (especially if they are large). At the time of booking the card was charged one night as a guarantee of arrival (pre-authorization fee), at the time of our departure the money was never refunded.
